Membership is open to property owners in East Porpoise Bay which extends from Sandy Hook neighborhood on the north and the SIGD #2 on the south.
Membership year is from Dec 31 to Dec. 31.
Meetings :- A minimum of one membership meeting takes place each year. Additional meetings may be called at the discretion of the board. Members are notified in advance.
Members are of course entitled to make motions, vote and to fully participate in association affairs . Guest speakers are usually invited to attend membership meetings to keep our members current on matters effecting our area and the community at large.
Members also receive copies of the minutes of all EPBRA board meetings held throughout the year.
